Package Engineering:
Before production, DMC works with our customers to offer packaging services to provide as many product appearance and form factor options as our customer’s desire. This includes in-line production labeling for containers of all shapes and sizes; single sided and two-sided pressure-sensitive labeling, silk-screening and even plastic blow molding. We can also provide all types of orifice sealing needs.

For finished product packaging, we offer options from printed boxes or kits, cases, shipping cartons, shrink-wrapping, blister packing, and any type of assembly required. In summary, we can provide any size, style, design, type, configuration of packaging in plastic, glass, tin, cans, pails, drums, totes, and tankers.

Pilot lab testing is paramount to our pre-production processes at DMC. After each batch is mixed and before each production run, our chemists sample test each batch for specification adherence before any production process is initiated. In summary, our customer’s are assured that our test chemists work hand and hand with our production engineers to ensure that each product is produced up to the highest standards. Furthermore, each customer has the opportunity to approve and sign-off on all pilot and initial production runs.

DMC provides blending and compounding of all chemicals in a clean batching environment where concern about the quality and integrity of your product is our top priority. Our stainless steel mixing vessels, capable of batch sizes up to 8,000 gallons, are equipped with electronic measurement systems that insure maximum accuracy. Furthermore, with our raw material storage capability of over 80,000 gallons, we're more than able to meet any raw material storage need that might arise.

Blending Capacity
- Bulk powder storage of 40,000 pounds
- Liquid storage in excess of 500,000 pounds
- Bulk raw and finished (blended) product loading
- Granular blending to 10,000 pounds

Our Liquid Filling department has the expertise and service ability to handle all your needs from formulation to packaging. With our three automated production lines, we offer our customer’s the configuration flexibility of 17 different high-speed filling units that contain rotary 8 head to 48 head units that can handle from .02 millimeter to one-gallon sizes depending on your packaging needs. Furthermore, we have 22 in-line fillers and 13 other smaller specialty fillers…and we’re continually adding based on our customer’s needs.


Be assured, if your liquid filling needs encompass uniform or multi-phasal creams, gels, pastes, liquids, or granulars into bottles, jars, cans, tubes, or drums - our automated production lines will ensure fast, accurate filling and capping – every time.

Our Aerosol Filling department can handle different types of propellants, and we also offer multiple gassing capabilities. The aerosol department maintains a dedicated tank farm and formulation area that ensures consistent results throughout the process. From multiple concentrated filling - to special formulation blending – to aluminum can capabilities – to labeling of cans, we have the expertise to fulfill your needs.

Our Dry Blending department exemplifies the DMC commitment to service excellence. We pride ourselves on being able to handle a wide variety of dry filling needs – no matter the product or the size.

Our three packaging lines and four formulation blending systems work efficiently to fill your order in a timely fashion. Whether Powder Filling of bottles, jars, cans, tubes, and drums - our automated production lines ensure fast, accurate filling and capping. We have a wide variety of containers available from fractional ounces to 220-gallon totes.

After your product is made…it still has to get to your customer. DMC offers complete packing, shipping and fulfillment services for your convenience. Our Package Assembly & Fulfillment department is always ready to provide our customer’s with the “turnkey” services that they’ve come to depend on. By acting as an extension of your company, we can efficiently turn around a wide range of pre-assembly and packaging projects when your products come off-line.
